Efficiency

We all like to shop around for the best rates. It's great to find someone who offers rock-bottom prices, but if they lack the necessary skill or fail to work efficiently they end up costing even more!

I am not always the cheapest, but I will make sure you get a good value for your time and money. If I arrive and find that I can't solve your problem, I won't string you along. I will gladly refer you to someone who can help, and I'll waive the first hour of my service charge in favor of a modest trip fee.

Flexibility

Have you tried scheduling computer help only to find that your consultant's business hours just don't fit your needs? If so, you're not alone. I am dedicated to providing you with the best service possible, and to that end I offer reasonable rates on after-hour services (after 5pm or before 8am) as well as emergency last-minute scheduling.

I can also make accomodations to meet and work in the location of your choosing. For example, if you need help with your laptop you can have me come to your home or business, you can bring it to my office, or we can meet at your favorite coffee shop.
